GDPR Information for Participants

By submitting the registration form, I acknowledge that Booster event, s.r.o. (the “Controller”) processes my personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data.

Purposes and legal basis of processing

  • Registration and participation in the conference (performance of a contract).

  • Sending organizational information related to the event (legitimate interest / performance of

  • a contract).

  • Processing orders and payments related to participation (legal obligation and performance of

  • a contract).

  • Sending information about other events organized by Booster event, s.r.o. (only based on my explicit consent).

Scope of personal data
First name, surname, email address, phone number, billing and payment details, and any additional data provided in the registration form.

Retention period
Personal data will be stored for the duration of the event and for the period required to comply with accounting and legal obligations (maximum of 10 years). Data processed for marketing purposes will be retained until consent is withdrawn.

Data recipients
Personal data may be shared only with service providers necessary for the organization of the conference (e.g., IT services, payment providers, venue operators), always in compliance with GDPR. Data will not be transferred outside the EU/EEA.

Rights of data subjects
Participants have the right to access their personal data, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, and exercise the right to data portability. Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Withdrawal of consent
Consent for marketing communication may be withdrawn at any time by email to tereza@boosterevent.cz. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal

Terms and conditions

Cancellations of accommodation and Refunds

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at magda@boosterevent.cz  in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.

In case of cancellation for any reason, the administrative fee of 10 EUR, which covers bank transfer costs, is non-refundable.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellations received: â€‹

  • Until January 31, 2026 - full refund

  • Until March 15, 2026 - 50% of the price

  • From March 16, 2026 - no refund

Name change

If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change. Name changes should be reported in writing by e-mail at magda@boosterevent.cz  No name change will be possible after June 30, 2026.
