Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to announce the upcoming meeting of the European society for hemapheresis which will be held from April 8 to 10 , 2026 in Prague at the Grandior Hotel.

​

ATMPs (advanced therapeutic medicinal products) are the future therapeutic tool in a growing number of malignant and non-malignant diseases. This meeting will address the newest insights in CAR-T cell therapies.

​

Gene therapy is gaining more and more therapeutical relevance in a variety of inherited or acquired disorders.

​

Keynote lectures in novel indications of preparative and therapeutic hemapheresis going in line with updated ASFA guidelines are welcome. Relevant topics of transfusion medicine will focus on both, the donor and patient settings. Donor medicine is a crucial task in transfusion medicine. Donors become more important, not only the CD34+ and CD3+ donor, but also the voluntary blood donors as source for plasma derived medicinal products (PDMPs) and platelets.

This event will also offer educational and networking aspects for all attending professional groups.
